DJs & Hosts Needed for One Quarter French

Would you like to be part of our staff?  Are you chatty and friendly?  Need to earn a few Linden or just want to hang out in a historical and hopping Sim?

New Orleans, One Quarter French is looking to hire DJs and Hosts in all times zones.  We have three fabulous venues with very different styles to cater to different tastes.  As part of our staff, you will be "Sim Managed" not "Venue Managed" and we expect you to be both flexible in working with everyone, and reliable as well.  If you say you will be here... be here!

Venues:

Le Baiser Rouge:  Sexy, bluesy, Jazzy.  Burlesque.  Think red lipstick, velvet, top hats and cigars.
Cafe du Monde: A historical coffee house with an outdoor "by the water" feel.  Lighted awning, cuddle bean-bags inside and a light-hearted atmosphere.
The Whirling Dervish: Eclectic and fun, this venue will feature a wide range of music styles, including dance, pop, rock, and much more!

As a DJ we expect you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your set, we would prefer you be willing to take guest requests, and you need to be friendly and open with both staff and guests.  Support your hosts and remember that you are part of the Sim and do not just "belong" to the venue.

As a host or hostess we expect you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your time slot. We want chatty friendly people who can actively support the DJ while engaging both the newcomer and regular in local conversation.  We want flirty and/or fun hosts who rely on local chat NOT GESTURES to keep the crowd engaged.  We want you to have fun, but do not spend your time hiding in your IM box.  You are here to engage, welcome, and entertain the crowd.  Remember that you are part of the Sim and do not just "belong" to the venue.

If you are interested in filling the role of either a DJ or host please contact a New Orleans, One Quarter French Owner for an application.

bean Cisse, Evie Falconer, Jami Titanium, Samanda Renfold, Stavros Jolbey, or Wendy Helstein
